How much does TellTide cost?
TellTide Pro is $34/month or $348/year (15% off annual billing). One plan includes the dashboard, widget, inbox, and API — no tiers or add-ons. There is no free plan or trial.
Is there a free trial?
No. TellTide requires a Pro subscription to use the product. There is no free plan or trial.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period and you keep Pro access until then. Refunds are generally not offered for partial billing periods; see our Refund Policy for details.
What happens when I cancel Pro?
You retain Pro access until the end of the billing period you already paid for. After that, product features (creating apps, collecting feedback, API writes) stay locked until you resubscribe.
Can I manage multiple products or websites?
Yes. Create a separate TellTide app for each product or site. Each app has its own App ID, widget settings, and inbox filter.
Are there rate limits?
Yes. Limits apply to app creation, feedback submission, widget events, and API usage to protect the platform.
